However, at Dream Design Build Developments we have a select group of preferred builders and trades people that work on our home builds. These trades people know our plans, understand our quality and control measures and offer us the reliability of keeping to timelines to ensure your home is delivered when expected.

FLEXIBILITY & UNDERSTANDING
Whilst we are proud of two series of designer homes, we do understand that different household types have specific accommodation and design requirements. Our design studio has the ability to assist you (at a reasonable fee), customise your home plan to suit your needs and lifestyle. And we won’t charge excessively for you to have that flexibility.

With so much emphasis in the market place on short construction periods, craftsmanship and quality finish are often left to chance.
